1-Week Turnaround For In-House Services


Dimensional, Mass, Force, Electrical, Mechanical Time & Frequency, Pressure, Weighing Devices, Thread Plugs, Thread Ring Gages, Thermodynamic.

All instruments calibrated in-house are cleaned, and your instrument shipping containers are cleaned of dust and dirt, excluding the typical wear and tear that comes with use and environmental issues. 

Each instrument receives a sticker that indicates the asset number (if provided), the date of calibration, your next calibration date, and the recall interval (3 months, 6 months, etc.).

We send monthly calibration notices/reminders to help you stay current on your calibration cycles.

Pick-Up & Delivery

We offer free pick-up and delivery for ALL of Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego Counties, as well as portions of San Bernardino, Ventura, and Riverside Counties.

When we return your instruments, Long Form Certifications are included. When we return your instruments, they will be cleaned, stickered and provided a long form certificate for each individual instrument.

All instruments picked-up and delivered by PIC are securely placed in our trucks.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect and verify outgoing shipments and, if possible, to provide a Purchase Order or list of instruments as our drivers do not inspect, count, or otherwise verify your instruments. 

We will return your packaging if requested; otherwise,  instruments are returned in appropriate packaging we determine to be safe. 

On-Site Services

Ovens, Scales, Surface Plates, Hardness Testers, Optical Comparators, Meters, Hand Tools, Pressure Gages, and More.

Virtually any instrument within our scope can be done on-site. Our highly trained techs come to you when you need us.

Contact our scheduling department ahead of time to coordinate the time, date, and cost. Scheduling will be the liaison between our techs and your service needs. 

All on-site techs follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID. On their arrival, they will adhere to your protocols and instructions.

Expedite Requests

Save time and resources by arranging Expedite Orders via phone.

Contacting us first allows us to understand your expectations, determine the cost, and discuss return methods such as Will Call or delivery. Depending on the item, we may be able to calibrate your asset in 24 hours.

An Expedite Fee is determined by customer requested turnaround time, technician assessment, and the nature of the instrument.

Please note your instruments need acclimation in our Temperature and Humidity monitored lab. Turnaround may be affected by the arrival time of your instruments. 

Expedites can be picked up at our receiving department, shipped via UPS,
or returned via our delivery vehicles.
